Dr. Alemi's journey to becoming a leading facial plastic surgeon began in Northern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated at the top of his class from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. His dedication to excellence was recognized with multiple distinctions, including the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Graduating Student.

He completed his residency in Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he contributed to several research projects, published peer-reviewed articles, and presented his findings at national conferences.
