Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery respects your privacy. The Alemi Aftercare app is designed to provide general patient education and recovery guidance. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery or any third party.
Purpose of the App
Alemi Aftercare is a patient education app intended to help patients understand general post-operative recovery instructions, recovery timelines, care guidance, and common aftercare questions.
The app is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or instructions provided directly by Dr. Sean Alemi or the care team.
Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following information on behalf of Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery:
- Personal identifying information, such as name, date of birth, address, or phone number
- Protected health information or medical records
- Device identifiers
- IP addresses
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Photos, documents, or user-generated medical content
- Payment or financial information
The app does not use advertising, ad tracking, analytics platforms, social media tracking, or third-party data sharing services.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app may allow you to optionally save limited information on your own device to personalize your experience. This may include:

- Procedure or surgery date
- Selected procedure or procedures
- Optional follow-up notes or reminders, if entered by the user
This information is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery, any server, or any third party. Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery cannot access, view, monitor, or retrieve information stored locally in the app.
You may clear this information at any time by using the reset option in the app or by clearing the app’s data from your device settings.
No Monitoring or Messaging
The app is not a patient portal, messaging platform, emergency service, or electronic health record. The app does not communicate with Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery’s office systems and is not monitored by the practice.
Entering information into the app does not notify the office, does not create a message to the care team, and does not become part of your medical record.
If you have a medical concern, question, complication, or symptom that worries you, please contact Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery directly.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Third-Party Services
The app is not designed to use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking tools, payment processors, social media integrations, or external patient data services.
If the app loads fonts or other visual resources from a third-party provider, that request may be handled by your device or browser and may be subject to the third party’s own privacy practices. Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery does not transmit patient information to those services through the app.
Children’s Privacy
The app is intended for adult patients of Alemi Facial Plastic Surgery. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the app does not knowingly collect information from children.
Data Security
Because information entered into the app remains locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other device security features to help protect information stored on your phone.
